At Chalet Home + Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
